Abstract

The gives article analyzes the essence of different version of the postcolonial modernization as well as the preconditions of the social reconstruction and social evolution within the modernization framework . The article emphasizes on the place of the value-normative sphere in the context of social clashes and models of social changes . The analysis is centeres around noneffective and neopatronimic version of state framework as regarded the limitation of human dignity, free competition and the obstacles within process of the European modernization.
