As the best possible variant, the reader might be able to name Marcos, Borges or Cortazar recalling the definition of "magical realism". At this point the consumer-household introspection (the introspection of an ordinary reader, who is used to be called "mass") of Latin America literature is actually exhausted while the home literary-critical scientific discourse is limited with mostly sporadic studies of creativity of the most famous representatives of Latin America literature. This is mainly Nobel laureates Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Miguel Angel Asturias, Mario Vargas Llosa, Pablo Neruda, Octavio Paz, whose most important achievements are translated if not into Ukrainian but at least into Russian. It is not surprising, therefore, that the publication of the novel of the well-known Paraguayan scientist, teacher, social activist and writer Juan Manuel Marcos "Gunter’s Winter" (the first time published in Spanish in 1987, the Ukrainian translation was published only in 2014) remained without attention both on the part of the reader, and critic. The existence of some sporadic publications concerning the Ukrainian translation of this work in the Internet does not claim on the completeness of critical review of the text. So, the proposed article is the first attempt of scientific and critical reading of the novel "Gunter’s Winter" in the context of postmodern culture of the twentieth century, as well as in the context of Spanish-language literature of Latin America. By clearly seen with the unaided eye the juxtaposition of cultures (elements of the indigenous culture of the ancient Paraguay strangely integrate into modern Spanish and American cultural world), by the syncretism of the poetry of Latin America literature with the traditions of European intellectual prose of the twentieth century, by clear intertextuality, by style and narrative experimentation in the novel it may be guessed both personal life destiny of the author (the political dissident, exile, emigrant) and the history of the literature of whole South America. The latest one has passed the stages of dynamic development during the last century, from, in fact, its birth to the mastering of the aesthetics of modernism and postmodernism and creating its own artistic, stylistic and aesthetic profile. This evolution of Latin America literature is customary expressed with the terms "boom" and "post-boom". The life and career of Juan Manuel Marcos just illustrates the fundamental principles of the prose of period the Post-Boom. Having suffered from political persecution and imprisonment (1973 – 1987), the author was forced to leave the motherland that influenced the formation of his attitudes and beliefs, and was embodied in the novel "Gunter’s Winter". It can hardly be called autobiographical (actually, the author was not aimed to write the autobiography), but with the plot it is easy to guess personal existential experience of the writer, worried for the fate of his country and the destiny of man, which was left all by himself with the system. The philosophical satire and socio-political views. https://jvestnik-b.donnu.edu.ua/article/view/2598 The author of the article continues analyses heritage of Jonathan Swift with the philosophical point of view. It is the third article of series what is presented for reader. Two previous articles were sanctified to the analysis of suchknowns works as “A Tale of a Tub” and, certainly, “Travels into Several Remote Nations of the World In Four Parts. By Lemuel Gulliver, First a Surgeon, and then a Captain of Several Ships, commonly known as Gulliver's Travels”. In this work the author examines philosophical and publicism property sanctified to the study of labours of the great Irish and English thinker. The special attention is spared to some pamphlets and essay that are relatively not popular to wide mass of readers. For example, there are analysed such works: - The Battle of the Books; -A Modest Proposal for Preventing the Children of Poor People in Ireland Being a Burden on Their Parents or Country, and for Making Them Beneficial to the Publick; - A Journal to Stella; - A Proposal for Correcting, Improving and Ascertaining the English Tongue; - Drapier's Letters; - A short view of the state of Ireland. These publicistic works of Jonathan Swift is analysed with the purpose of selection and demonstration to the reader of bright socially-philosophical theses that can be actual and today. Different literary styles of thinker are also watched in the article – both ironical and delivered to emotional expression. The author makes conclusion that estimation of the English philosopher only as an author of entertaining books for children and teenagers, master of satire is too narrow and incomplete. Some of pamphlets, essay, verses are not contained satire, irony and cynicism. However they are also sanctified the traditional themes that interested Swift. There are three thematic aspects of literature work of philosopher in this article: - theme of necessity of moral and intellectual progress of society; - theme of constructive and effective state administration, management and politics; - romantic theme. The author of the article makes conclusion also, that socio-political conditions modern to Swift (XVIII century), when Ireland was led to by Great Britain to the economic decline and full political submission, quite enslavements of Ukraine, that were actual in the nearest past. That why conclusions of the Irish philosopher about reasons aggressive wars, bribery the aggressive country of provocative politicians, journalists, writers for suppression of nearby country it is been absolutely actual -especially in the context of modern mutual relations between the free countries of Europe and post-soviet imperial Russia. Also important are Swift’s opinions about of necessity of a arranging in any country of the system of state pedagogics what is reviving the moral and intellectual level of nation. It is absolute reason of this thesis is explained by it is difficult to deceive patriotic, moral and intellectual peoples, it is difficult to manipulate and subordinate to the external management. At the end of the article the author makes conclusion also, that a person and labours of Jonathan Swift must be include into teaching course of Philosophy and History of philosophy in institutions of higher learning of Ukraine, because he is the bright and original representative of ideas of Renaissance and Enlightenment age. It's being substantiated science's realism in the medieval meaning of this term, and problems, which relate to the scientific worldview's loss of cultural exclusivity, are being discussed. Initial point of reflection is the analysis of philosophical and scientific theories of world image, created by V.Stepyn and J.Holton, and the author of the article considers that optimal is a characteristic of these theories as of realism in the medieval meaning of this word. Author thinks over the nature of "feeling" the objective, which is inherent in person and which is a result of intersubjective and subjective, connection of unique and individual experience of generally valid cultural models. At the same time if individual sensual experience can be associated with same irritants subjects of this experience, which have different cultural and social directions, will be able to include this experience in different"objective" world images. Each culture creates its own ontology- mytho-religious complex of beliefs, which are confirmed by the experience of individuals, which are socialized within this culture. In its turn, transformation of ontological level is followed by the transformation of world image, which is approved within this cultural areal. So, secularization of Christian ontology led to the appearance of ontological or metaphysical core of science of Modern era. In the article the process of Christian imperatives transformation into modern values, which as a result of globalization have spread around the world and became a base for the appearance of non-Western modern world images, and also for mobilization of proper communities, is being considered. In its turn the appearance of alternative world images relativized ontology, which is a base of Western science. A. V. This problem is investigated through the analysis of the philosophical views of the major representatives of posttoynbee’s philosophy such as W. McNeill, I. Wallerstein, I. Gudsblom, D. Wilkinson. Globalization as the main trend of development of the modern world is analyzed in the article. Posttoynbee’s philosophy recognizes the existence of the modern multicivilisational world with its gradual pursuit to a single global civilization. Philosophical analysis of globalization, westernization and americanization as the key characteristics of the current stage of world order, the possible ways of saving civilization code of local civilizations are presented in the article. Globalization is a complex and controversial process, which in its most general form is reduced to the formation of a common humanity, the increasing interdependence of cultures and peoples. Globalization is a nonlinear, very controversial and uneven process, such that is constantly changing its forms, methods and mechanisms of implementation, the process of historical creativity. The concept of "westernization" is more suited to defining globalization of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The modern stage of its more advisable to link the "Americanization", that is the American vision of globalization, when the process of establishing a common humanity should be based on American ideals and values. The main criteria for the unity of mankind, such as biological, geographical, political, economic, financial and cultural are analyzed in the article. Evidence of the unity of humanity in all of these criteria is not in doubt, we cannot say about the cultural factor. Positions of globalists and antiglobalists are presented in the article. Formation of common humanity is a natural objective historical process that characterizes the internal needs of civilization. The internal formation of global civilization is not a simple mechanical merger of various local civilizations but is the increase and complication of relationships that leads to supra-national and supranational integration with the final appearance of a complex system that functions as a single organism. The main aspiration of globalization on the formation of a single integrated humanity while generating opposition movement to preserve and strengthen the local borders of civilisational spaces. At the present stage the world is not yet completed is a unity, because of the fragmentation and polarization is not yet overcome. The main subject of history stands today, is still not integrated global humanity and civilization separate entity. Along with globalization reinforced the position of nationalism as defense mechanism of localization saving the world. Each local civilization continues to provide livelihoods own civilization code that serves to drive international diplomatic confrontation and conflicts. Yu.M. In the early 70-th of the last century, the scientific and cultural field was be determined of assimilation Postmodernism and Postnonclassical rationality, and create a new paradigm of understanding reality. The problem of correlation Postmodernism and contemporary science of his time was determined by J.-F. Lyotard. For greater relevance were chosen for a scientific theory of the early modern period, however, contemporary scientific concepts are built on the same axioms, though not consciously, and axioms are considered unprovable and irrational. The article begins with an analysis of worldview of Nicolaus Copernicus, influenced the development of his heliocentric picture of the world. From the author`s point of view, theological thinking led to the pursuit of scientific teaching of Copernicus, Keppler, Galilei and other scientists of the early modern time. These scientists were convinced in the existence of God, the likeness of the human mind to the divine (due to the ability to understand the Truth), ideal basis and excellence of the World. On the other hand, already Galilei used in his researches methods, which are popular today, including a scientific experiment. Theological grounds also has a physical teaching of eminent scholar Nicolas Oresme, which displays the idea of the relationship of qualities in the Universe from the doctrine of Petrus Lombardus about the different levels of grace. However, scientific method of constructing of the object can be detected already at the early scholastics, for example, Eriugena. Author believes that the contemporary theories of construction of scientific subject, and overall theory of science, preserved the elements of the early Modern era as axioms, although not mention the Christian foundations of this deep level. Meanwhile, if you add them in reference to Christian theology, these theories will appear more fully and convincingly. As an example, author selected theory L. Laudan and V. Determined interdisciplinary methodological approaches study the traditional foundations of social reality. Study of problems in the functioning of the tradition of social systems makes it necessary to conduct research not only a social philosophy and philosophical anthropology and social psychology. Traditionalists set a goal of revealing ontological foundations multiplicity of states in general and the real sphere of culture in particular. Gaps in the natural or cultural areas accepted by them as a result of manifestation of a lower start, opposing higher. Opposites in traditionalism have a transcendental match. Since the transcendent can not be expressed in its entirety, then it is declared metaphysical language of symbols, images and paradoxes. At the same time the source of the sacred dialectic and metaphysics is the gnostic dualism. Clarified the theoretical mechanisms of recovery of historical memory, the way the formation of different kinds of traditions, of the traditions in the social and cultural development of social reality. Traditional is the representation of that claim adherence to the past, to a certain time, to the whole social system to a specific institution, which existed in the past. These submissions shall be approved by the moral rightness or benefit of previous institutions, or society as a whole, and the need to emulate the previous models in the views or behavior. Such concepts can be applied to any type of company, institution or faith, who turned to the past. Disclosed is a question of formation of individual and collective memory, which is the basis of national culture. The process of modifying the traditional representations over the historical process. Modifications can be objective and intention. Social reality shows the need for the transmission of traditions to succeeding generations of spiritual culture. Traditions are educational function. Tradition is used as the ideological aspect of social reality. The social function of tradition is manifested in various forms of social behavior, it is to take the experience is transmitted through the presentation, while maintaining continuity with the past. The structure of the continuity of traditional ideas and activities may itself become a symbolic representation and become a legitimate basis for its preservation. It is taken as a vocation to her presence in the past. It reconstructed the formation of tradition. During the historical traditions of the content is determined by socio-economic conditions. In the early stages of development of society traditionally been a universal form of social organization and consolidate the development of culture and the development of society and the complexity of the structure of their importance decreases. The theoretical, methodological and practical problems of modern political philosophy are analyzed in their pepers. Classification of private and public by the american sociologist J. Weintraub is presented. He suggests to examine public as open, visible and accessible to other unlike the sight hidden or deleted from the eyeshot. Other understanding of public: as collective and that influences on the decisions of collective unlike individual (private). J. Weintraub distinguishes four scientific approach near a concept "public". In a liberallyeconomic model the state is undertaken by the role of public power. There is а delegation of economic interests of private persons in the state sphere of politics and management. А liberally-democratic model examines a public sphere in terms of civil and political association. Sociocultural model binds publicity to open communication, meeting of people in public space. It investigates cultural practices and rules, that put right the structure of public life. The gender (feminism) analysis а problem as the demonstration of differences between family and market economy. Within the scopes of liberalism opposition "private/public" was set, certain and envisaged. Feminism projects conducted her deconstruction. Differences in private and public world formation are analyzed. In particular, Н. Arendt carried out a reconstruction of history of forming and functioning of public sphere. She examines the origin of the phenomenon of publicity in ancient Greece and equates "public" and "political". The conditionality of Greek political life is underlined a language. Home space of traditional society was base on necessity. In opposition space of policy is examined him as free. Politics and area the public is shown as open-space, where everybody can differ from other, distinguished. In an order to surpass other, it is needed to be in space that has other. The relations of the home world do not perceive Other as an even participant in making of decisions. Absence does Other impossible clear definiteness open in space private.

Determination of border private/public helps to understand that is considered political and notpolitical in certain society. Publicity of communication depends on opinion of participants of itself and each other : whether they determine itself and each other as members of society in a social situation. Otherwise a man can to inherit logic of the personal interests and private life in public space. This problem becomes very actual in the conditions of the torn Ukrainian territories. A return to Ukrainian public space must be realized. Аuthentication of Ukraine as stranger other does not have historical grounds, and artificially formed on this time under act of the closed informative field. For destruction of isolation it is necessary to provide access of all territories to informative space of Ukraine, to put right the system communicative and another connections. On the other hand, the first modern philosophical theories were implicit rather build a new reality, and only in the middle of the XIX century there was an explicit discourse about secularism, and then on and return to it processes. The article begins with an analysis of the process of constructing the secular paradigm of the selfreflection of European civilization in the rationalist and empirical philosophy of Modern. After that the author explores the secularization trends in German transcendental idealism, which marked a complete break with the transcendental and became the forerunner of the atheistic concepts of the nineteenth century. Since Kant, European thought has given up attempts to research the transcendental intellectual means, transferring all thoughts on religious subjects within the “only reason”. In Hegel's philosophy the secularization trend connected with evolutionism, creating specific understanding of history, which asserts the superiority of the secular over the religious, plans a way to further increase the part of secular in the common history, and in the individual consciousness. In this respect Hegel's philosophy stands as the quintessence of the Modern worldview, and further systems only develop it, make it more explicit (the philosophy of Marx is the clearest example, although it is possible to remember and the system of Feuerbach, Nietzsche, Freud). At the same time the new science – sociology, which accompanied and legitimized the process of secularization in the past century becomes a spokesman of the secular worldview of Modernity. In the mid-twentieth century evolutionary theory of secularization as the dominant paradigm of sociological vision of history was in crisis, due to the process of religious revival that began after world wars. Trying to overcome the current crisis, sociology and social philosophy of the XX – beginning of XXI centuries have built a new discourse, which has been associated with the concepts of postsecular, contrsecularization, desecularization. Reflecting in their theories the General course of Western history, the thinkers of this period also contributed to the dissemination of the relevant view. The best example is Jürgen Habermas, who passed from the proclamation the victory of the left liberal values in the late XXI century to witnessing the coming of a post-secular era in the beginning of the XXI century. Postsecular era in the perspective proposed by Habermas, brought a decisive challenge to the European liberalism because of its values protect the position of people, who live in the West, but do not want to follow the same liberal values. The author seeks to identify opportunities to define the concept extremality through a number of related concepts such as such as “extreme”, “extreme situation”, “extreme conditions”, “extreme behavior”, “Extreme”, “ekstremalizm”, and through the terms used in the modern humanitarian sciences and equated with extremality: “deviance”, “destructiveness”, “radicalism”, “marginality”, “extremism”, “risk”. This is done by comparative analysis of these concepts as they relate to the concept of extremality. Using the word “extremality” we mean specific activity, behavior or condition. So extremality is a dynamic component of the concept of “extreme” which is in its manifestation in the sociocultural reality is reflected in several forms and shows the existence of extreme. Some activities like extreme behavior in sociological literature is defined through concepts such as deviance, destructiveness. As a certain state extremality in psychological and sociological sciences determined through the concepts of marginality, radicalism and riskiness. The similarities of these concepts with the notion extremality found in their subjectivity in terms of evaluating them as positive, negative phenomena of social life. The differences lie in the fact that the concept is much broader extremality everything else. The concept extremity is subjective and depends on the norms established in the society. Therefore axiologicaly not clearly negative, such as the concept of extremism or destructiveness. Moreover concept of extremity differs from the other with a moment of surprise, the presence of danger and irreversible consequences. The article makes a conclusion about the possibility of a definition of extremality through these terms to further correct use of concepts in scientific philosophical studies of extremality. Ye. V. Leonova Copyright (c) 2016 Bulletin of Donetsk National University Series B: The Humanities 1-2 404 411 From heresy to dogma: prehistory category «worldview». https://jvestnik-b.donnu.edu.ua/article/view/2611 The peculiarities of interpretation of the terms "heresy (ἀϊρεσις)"» and "dogma (δογμα) " in the context of the dynamics of European philosophical and theological thought in late antiquity and early Middle Ages reveals оn the article. Sets the ratio of their content with category «worldview». Determined by the verbal root is meaningful metamorphosis of their interpretation in ancient Greek philosophy and in the teachings of the Church fathers. First, the word "αιρεσις" had a rather broad range of meanings in ancient Greek: from the conquest to the choice or aspirations. It is widely used by Herodotus, Plato, and Plutarch. Palm and many other Greek thinkers. "Semantic revolution" regarding the "αϊρεσις" and "secta" is only the beginning of a complete dominance of Orthodox Christianity in the spiritual life of the Empire after the Council of Chalcedon. These words were given an extremely negative value, and Orthodox "heresy" that won in disputes, acquires the status of the only true "dogma". The Greek word "δογμα", which is a calque migrated to Latin (dogma), was adopted by Christian theologians with the vocabulary of ancient philosophy and Roman law. It comes from the verb "δοκέω" to think, to believe, to think, but unlike close to it by the origin of the word "δοξα" (idea, suggestion, opinion), meant is not a thought (mind), and the end result is a strong belief, position, or resolution or order that began or universally accepted religious truth, which became the subject of undoubted faith. Finally, modern notions of "dogma" takes in the era of the first Ecumenical councils. Neither in ancient nor in the scholastic philosophy, the concept of "worldview" did not exist, although the ancient Greeks, ancient Romans, inhabitants of medieval Europe and the Byzantine Empire had a certain, though not always systematic world views, religious and political beliefs and beliefs about healthy lifestyles. However, "dogma" and "heresy" were until then neutral in meaning and is quite common terms of the professional thesaurus of ancient philosophy, which suffered some unexpected flair. The first of these has come to mean the basics of Orthodox dogma; the second has become synonymous with negative and hostile worldview. These terms are not identical in content with the modern concept of "worldview", which was formed only in German classical philosophy, but they reflect the historical forms of contemporary philosophical and theological reflection on the human perception of reality and self-determination. The survey on the image transformation of the Western alchemy phenomenon in academic discourse actualizes a vision of alchemy as a phenomenon that can not be reduced to its medieval existence, and should be considered within contemporary social and philosophical context. It seems necessary to consider present-day typologies of approaches to the study of this phenomenon, and to evaluate them critically in the context of methodological principles of social philosophical investigation of the phenomenon. Today there are a number of scientific works considering approaches to the study of the alchemy phenomenon and offering a variety of its classifications. But a question of matching, comparison and systematization of these classifications remains not fully solved. A comparison of different authors’ classifications can remove certain limitations of specific typologies and draw a stereoscopic picture of the conceptual space of the alchemy phenomenon studies. Also, it is important to combine approaches within effective interdisciplinary complexes that allow to achieve new results, emphasizing the advantages and neutralizing the disadvantages of certain approaches. The approaches those are able to provide a balanced and impartial consideration of alchemy as a holistic sociocultural phenomenon on anti-reductionist, polyparadigmal and interdisciplinary basis are fundamentally important. Therefore the cultural-phenomenological and hermeneutical approaches to the study of the phenomenon of alchemy, and the related approach of Western esotericism academic studies are considered by author as those ones that can together make a methodological core of study of the phenomenon of alchemy in social philosophical dimension. At the same time, there are also fundamentally important: a general concept of alchemy as a cultural phenomenon; an impartial view inherent in the cultural and phenomenological approaches to alchemy; principles of hermeneutical analysis of alchemical texts, the broad understanding of the term “text”; an interdisciplinary nature of the approach of Western esotericism academic studies; achievements of Carl Gustav Jung, Mircea Eliade and Traditionalists in the field of understanding of alchemy spiritual basis; principles of understanding of alchemy developed in recent studies, that recognize a considerable lability of this phenomenon conceptual dimension and a possibility of its existence in contemporary society. The author analyzes Ukraine’s social processes, which diminished the country’s social organism in peaceful times, intensified its contradictions and fostered a military conflict, taking into consideration the specifics of modern warfare, theoretical interpretation of the conceptual power phenomenon and the concept of nation’ lifestyle. The analysis of social changes in modern Ukraine should be considered in the light of modern ideas about war and its aims, which are achieved with the help of political, organizational, financial, economic, ideological, cultural, informational and other means based on the same principle as secret services and intelligence use. Experts (M. Senchenko) consider every astonishing factor as a carefully designed program of invasion into the social body similar to virus with further damaging and destroying the lifestyle and life sustenance of people, society and state. One should study the correlation between war and peace in Ukraine in the context of including the Ukrainian society into the "super-society", the impact of such a social phenomenon as a conceptual power. Experts (I. Solonko) regard it as the power of people able to generate social processes, covering the life of society during many generations and proceed according to the developed concept.

The management of the Ukrainian society after gaining the independence was carried out according to a foreign concept. The market-style reforms of 90-s based on the model of M. Friedman and Friedrich Hayek prove that. They ruined the economic system and caused the drop in Gross Domestic Product nearly in 2.5 times by 2000. After their beginning the Ukrainian society is suffering from the permanent systemic crisis; the reforms have led to a demographic crisis and recognition of the Ukrainian people as "dying nation". The implementation of these reforms involves foreign advisors who destroyed the economy of Ukraine, thus giving way to foreign multinationals, while Ukrainian authorities constantly ignored national interests of their people. Besides, the priority of foreign policy integration led to social and cultural stratification of the society; Ukrainian political leaders failed to develop their own concept of governance. Neoliberal reforms in Ukraine significantly transformed people, society and public awareness. Under the circumstances of transition from the state dominance to the market dominance the process of social development in Ukraine turned into the economic and social destruction. The commercialization affected all the spheres of public life in Ukraine, even those where this process is destructive for the society (public authorities, state administration, defense system, national security, law enforcement bodies). Now the type of "economic man" or "man without world view" dominates. Due to the market reforms the cult of money (Mammon) became firmly established in the lives of many Ukrainian citizens. "Mammonizm" appears as Ukraine’s dominant ideology. So, the transition to the market dominance and mammonizm created a certain social environment in the society, favourable for war. An intensive illegal trade between belligerents; the enrichment of some groups of people in the war; the emergence of private military companies; the involvement of hired military men for combat prove that fact. The mass-media continue the war of images even in the period of truce, thus fulfilling the will of certain ruling circles. Thus, the process of transformation of the Ukrainian society was based on works of Western theorists and involved foreign advisors. It was carried out for the benefit of foreign trans-national companies contrary to the national interests. Besides, Ukraine’s political elite was involved in destructing the current lifestyle and plundering national wealth. So, destructive processes occurred in all social spheres. The analysis mentioned above confirms they displayed a foreign conceptual power. The most important consequences of hidden war against Ukraine are: 1) its transformation into a dying nation and maintenance of this state; 2) the decline of economy, deintellectualization, deindustrialization and the loss of the status of a high-tech state; 3) the destruction of collectivist principles in social organization and the establishment of individualistic principles; 4) the promotion of historical and cultural type of "economic man" as dominant in the society; 5) the secret approval of mammonizm as the dominant ideology of the Ukrainian society.
V. In the early Middle Ages, finding a perfect sense of the city based on the opposition of two of his evangelical images. First – Jerusalem, whose image began to take shape under the influence of the texts of the Old Testament, in particular fragment, in which the Lord promises to bless Solomon and be in the temple of Jerusalem (3 v. Samuel 9: 3-5). It's the city became the center of God's presence again – during their stay in it Christ. Finally blesses this city of Revelation, which provides an image of the New Jerusalem – the city will be lowered from heaven. (Rev. 21: 12-27). The second image of the city has many forms of sin. God is the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, the accumulation of the damned sinners sample depravity of the human race Babylon. The supposed death of these towns, for the early Christians, was a living example of God's wrath, worthlessness and hopelessness of mankind. From this it followed that, as a social phenomenon, the sinful city community of people that does not require the formation of his secular and sacred statements in the ranks of the universe, if there is no God and the Christian consent. It is noted that the city has established itself in the Middle Ages in the outlook of this era as one of the ideal spaces realization Respublica Christianorum, as the embodiment of transcendental sense of being compatible Christians as a common contract that protects a person from the threat of the sinful world and gives him the opportunity to improve. Such a notion has been legalized through the doctrine avgustianskoy civitas permixta, which merged with the interpretation of the ideas of the ancient sivitas. The medieval town, as well as antique policy, is "an organized community of people", which is designed to protect against the volatility of time and ensure the immortality of the soul, which is achieved by the collective orientation of citizens to the celestial images. Such a submission should be embodied in all earthly things (the masterpieces of craftsmen), actions (political activity – the achievement of a just peace, perfect self, virtue), spiritual and rational life of citizens (the construction of temples, the general practice of prayer, the content of universities and hospitals), and in this citizen is free to realize themselves, affirmed in his space. The highest aspirations of citizens were sent to a mountain goal – joining the general speculative integrity of the universe, producing hierarchical rank, which is realized through a virtuous life form. Also, the synthesis of images of the ancient and medieval city policy was intended to establish a new social and political order – just peace and harmony of all social elements in the city, the freedom of citizens. Civitas permixt doctrine to confront the imperial idea, which does not leave the individual associations and freedom of choice, an opportunity to improve and serve the transcendent. Formation of the medieval city was both spiritual and pragmatic problem-terrestrial who embodied "earthly means" and claimed a distinctive feature of the medieval city, which houses the transcendental desire of Christianity and worldly, the natural desire of people to live in peaceful harmony. The other hand, the current social transformation is usually associated with radical transformation of the social order that directly touches upon the issue of changes in the social structure itself. Social structure is usually understood as the configuration of relations between different social positions. A typical remarks about the social structure is that it seems to deny human freedom and initiativeby insisting on absolute determinism of the structural social behavior. Today we are witnessing a new round of discussions on the issue of (in)determination of social behavior and the role of the social structure in the process. The article deals with theory R.Bhaskar and M. Archer, who insist on the autonomy of social structures and the need to incorporate temporal characteristics of social processes. Processuality of social life and the presence of a change urge single out different phases and recognize the impact of various structural coercion on social actors. In this case, each social position as a sort of "crossroads" of social relationships (sex, age, family status, ethnic, civic, political, professional, regional, corporate, etc) should be considered from the perspective of temporal perspectives and retrospective. Contemporary social life is also very complex. Because processes that require active involvement of individuals in social interactions (economic, political, cultural, etc.) are becoming more important, the role of cognitive factors increases significantly. This induces to incorporation of individual perspectives in the study of social structures. V. Fadieiev Copyright (c) 2016 Bulletin of Donetsk National University Series B: The Humanities 1-2 446 451
